10th November 2008:Looks like with might be seeing the 8th AFI release sometime soon, update from Jade on myspace
"Hello dear, it's time. We've officially finished writing the 8th AFI album, and now we enter the studio to put it on tape. We have a fabulous producer we'll be working with, David Bottrill, who has worked on some fantastic and legendary albums by Peter Garbiel, Muse, Silverchair, Placebo, and Tool. We've spent this whole year crafting these songs and we're impatient to share them, so let's get busy. Love, Davey, Adam, Hunter, and Me"
3rd September 2008:Update from Jade on his blog.
"The EP still isn't out, but there's a reason, and it's a positive one. At this rate maybe the new AFI album will be out before the EP. Speaking of AFI, we're currently holed up in a rehearsal studio pumping out the jams."

17th August 2008:Pretty new layout. Hope you all like it and please tell me if anything is not working because I was having a few problems getting everything uploaded because my computer is spastic. Also, new forums should be up either tomorrow or Tuesday.
